OHS 62th Class Reunions

Information on both the 1st and 2nd 62nd Reunion

The First 62st Reunion of the Class of 1959

An early 62nd OHS Class of 59 Reunion was held in
Louisville, Colorado at The Huckleberry Dinner
on May 12, 2021. Colorado was chosen trying
to find a more centralized location improving and
shorting travel from both the Eastern and Western
areas of USA

Attendance was light possibly due to weather conditions
or other unknown reasons. But the attendees included
Robert Steinmeyer and Leroy Gegenheimer both
enjoyed the event.

It was a super gathering however we
wished that more of our class member
could have attended.

The Second 62st Reunion of the Class of 1959

The Reunion board has decided to plan yet another larger 62nd Reunion event that will be held in Ottumwa on October 3rd 2021. At this Time the event will be held in the Ottumwa Hotel being 2pm - 5pm. Once the dates, times and location have been finalized additional communication will be sent to members of the OHS Class of 1959. Anybody with ideas or suggestions about the event should contact Bonnie Anderson with your thoughts.

OHS Class of ’59 Reunion Planning Committee

STRONG IN SPIRIT, STRONG IN MIND, WE'RE THE CLASS OF '59!!!

The OHS Class of 1959 will be having a Class Dinner on October 3, 2021 from 2 - 5 pm at the Hotel Ottumwa on 2nd Street, Ottumwa. Please check at the Hotel desk for directions as to which dining room we will be meeting. There will be no pre-registration and no charge for our class members' dinners. There will be a normal dinner order fee for your spouse or companion. There will be no planned program because we all just want to visit with those attending.

The menu will consist of your choice of the following: Honey Mustard Pork Chop; Grilled Chicken Breast with a Sauce; Chopped Beef Sirloin with a Mushroom Sauce; or a Fan Tailed Shrimp. Dinner will include two sides, a dinner roll, coffee, and tea, and a light dessert. There will be a bar available if you want to buy an alcoholic beverage.

This is not a suit and tie event. It is suggested that you arrive in nice casual clothing. There will be photos taken allowing the event to be shared with those that could not make the trip.

We hope to see all of you in October!!! Oh, the stories we could tell and maybe even a little bragging about our grandchildren!! We just want to chat with each other!!
